  1. Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The required deposit for each service must be paid upon booking. The deposit is non refundable, but if the booking needs to be rescheduled, this can be arranged according to our rescheduling policy.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge. Please contact us for details on our refund policy.

  3. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., personal injury or death caused by negligence).

  4. Data Protection: Customer data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
