Terms and Conditions
HIREBOOTH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection are free within a 40-mile radius of our base in London.
A charge of 53p per mile will apply for any miles beyond the 40-mile radius.
2. Setup Time
We require 1 hour to set up the photo booth at your venue. If we are unable to access the venue 1 hour before the agreed start time, the booth may run later than expected.
We are not liable for any costs or losses caused by delayed setup, and no discounts will be applied under these circumstances.
3. London Surcharge
A surcharge of up to £20 may apply for events held in London, covering parking and congestion charges.
4. Booking & Payment
A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking for the photo booth.
The balance of the hire fee must be paid 1 month before the event date. Payments can be made via debit/credit card, PayPal, or BACS.
The photo booth will not be operated until full payment has been made.
5. Hire Time & Guest Usage
The photo booth hire time is the length outlined in your chosen package, plus any additional hours pre-ordered and pre-paid for.
Guests will receive one photo per group or individual, depending on your chosen package. Guests can use the booth as many times as they like within the hire period.
6. Booth Usage & Behaviour
We encourage guests to have fun using the booth, but if it is being treated disrespectfully, we reserve the right to ask the offending guest(s) to leave the booth. They will not be allowed to return.
Any threatening or abusive behavior will result in the immediate cessation of booth use, and the booth will be dismantled with no refund.
Smoking, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the photo booth at any time.
7. Forces Majeure
Neither HIREBOOTH nor the Client shall be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill any terms or provisions due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to: revolutions, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, or any other cause not within the control of the affected party.
If such events occur, HIREBOOTH may retain any payments already made by the client.
8. Damage or Loss
The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of HIREBOOTH equipment due to misuse, negligence, abuse, or theft by the hirer, their guests, or affiliates.
If any equipment is damaged, the hirer will bear the cost of repair.
If the equipment is damaged beyond repair, the hirer will bear the replacement cost, along with any additional costs related to affected future hires.
9. Technical Problems
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the photo booth or any other issue beyond our control that renders the booth unusable, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any time lost.
10. Image Use & Copyright
Images taken at your event may be used by HIREBOOTH for promotional purposes, including online and printed publications. All copyright of images and videos taken by our photo booths remains the property of HIREBOOTH.
If you do not wish for your event images to be used, please notify us in advance.
11. Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit must be paid upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, this can be done in accordance with our rescheduling policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may incur a charge.
Please contact us for details regarding our refund policy if cancellations occur within 48 hours.
12. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., personal injury or death caused by negligence).
13. Data Protection
Customer data will be handled in compliance with our privacy policy and in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Complaints
If you have any complaints, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between HIREBOOTH and the client.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
